Your
First Visit
During
your first appointment a comprehensive dental examination will be completed.
This process will include a detailed and thorough check of the teeth, gum
tissues, and supporting structures. We will examine your mouth for tooth decay,
gum disease and other diseases which may show their earliest signs within
the oral tissues. A complete set of x-rays will be made and models of your
teeth will be made if necessary. All information we obtain will be carefully
assessed to accurately determine your dental health. At this time we will
discuss our findings with you, and explain our recommended plan for treatment.
Immediate needs as well as long-term objectives will be considered.
Appointments
Patients
are seen by appointment only. We appreciate the value of your time and, with
the exception of emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for
you. We will confirm your appointment one or two days prior to your scheduled
visit.
There is no charge for rescheduling appointments provided a 24-hour notice is given.
Financial
Arrangements
Payment
is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept personal checks,
Visa, and MasterCard. For your convenience we except Delta Dental Premier
Insurance and various other insurance plans. We request that you pay that
portion which your insurance will not cover at the time of service. If you
would like to know what your expected insurance coverage will be, we will
be glad to submit a pre-treatment estimate for you.
Please understand that your dental insurance policy is a relationship between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we'll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
Referrals
We
are always happy to meet new patients, and we thank you for your consideration.
It gives us great satisfaction to know that you believe highly enough in our
services to recommend us to your family and friends. You can be assured they
will be treated well.
Emergency
Treatment
Unfortunately,
circumstances can arise when emergency care is required. When you are in pain,
or have discomfort from your mouth or teeth, that is our immediate concern.
All emergencies will receive immediate attention and care.
